Sitto Parking provides parking management software to parking facility operators, property managers, and commercial landlords. This policy explains what information we collect through sittoparking.com and our platform, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your first and last name, work email address, company name, phone number, number of facilities managed, and any message you send.
When you open an account we also collect billing contact and subscription details; card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.
We collect support correspondence, and standard website usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
Facility data we handle for our customers
Operators who use our platform store their own records in their account, which may include driver and permit information such as names, contact details, vehicle and license plate data, permit status, and parking session records.
We act only as their service provider. We process that information on their instructions, do not use it for our own marketing, and do not share it with other customers.
Each operator's own privacy policy governs how that information is collected and used. If you parked at a facility that uses our software and want to access or delete your information, contact that facility's operator.
How we use your information
To respond to demo requests and inquiries, provide and secure the platform, set up accounts, process billing, deliver support, send service and account notifications, improve our product, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Text messages
If you check the SMS consent box on our demo request form or during account setup, we may text you about your demo request, onboarding, account and system alerts, support replies, and billing notices.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages sent to drivers about a specific parking facility are sent under that operator's own name using consent the operator collected, and are governed by that operator's privacy policy.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — cloud hosting, payment processing, message delivery, support tooling, and product analytics — where required by law or valid legal process, and in connection with a merger or sale of our business.
In no case do we share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end text messages. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Contact us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Retention and security
We keep account and billing information while your account is active and afterward as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
Customer facility data is retained per our agreement with that customer and deleted or returned on request after termination.
Mobile numbers tied to an SMS opt-in are kept until you opt out, after which we retain a minimal suppression record so we do not message you again.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
