Program
This program covers text messages between Sitto Parking and the businesses that request a demo or use our parking management software: demo scheduling, onboarding, account and system alerts, support replies, and billing notices.

Text messages sent to drivers about a specific parking facility are a separate program. Those are sent under that facility operator's own name, using consent the operator collected, and are governed by that operator's SMS terms rather than this page. Sitto Parking provides the platform that delivers them.

How to opt in
Check the SMS consent box on the demo request form on our homepage at https://www.sittoparking.com, or check the consent box during account setup. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using our software. You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the number provided, or have the account holder's permission.

Frequency
Varies by account activity. Typically fewer than 20 messages per month.

Cost
We charge nothing for these messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out
Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, then no further messages. To rejoin, check the SMS consent box again on our demo request form.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Messages about a specific parking facility
If you received a text about parking at a particular lot, that message was sent by the facility's operator under its own name and messaging program, delivered through our platform. Reply STOP to stop messages from that operator, and see that operator's SMS terms for details.

Privacy
